We liked its location that is close to Gare de Lyon (2-3min walk). It's close to so many shopping centers like carrefour and franprix, restaurants of different cuisines and coffee shops. Coffee is complimentary at the hotel all day. The rooms are always kept clean and tidy.

We loved the proximity of the hotel to Gare de Lyon which meant that getting around Paris was a breeze. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful and made the feeling of the stay very pleasant. The back garden was a great place to spend some time in the sun.

A good choice to catch an early train at the gare de Lyon. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of Bastille and other pleasant neighborhoods. There's a small supermarket round the corner. There's free coffee all day and you can use the machine to get hot water for instant noddles as well. The garden at the back is surprisingly large. I was on the fifth floor and although the footprint of the room itself was small it felt bright and airy.

The room was comfortable and the hotel facilities was in a great location. The outside garden was great to relax in between times of exploring, Was worried at first about no kettle in the room, but once we realised coffee was available downstairs at no extra cost, this was an added bonus

Free Hot Drinks until midnight Friendly Staff, Comfortable room with walk in shower. Very clean too. 5 to 10 minute walk to Gare De Lyon (metro & mainline) 10 minutes walk to Bastille where pubs bars and eateries are plenty, and a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. 45 minute scenic walk along the pretty river to Notre Dame, or catch the Batobus just a 15 min walk to a river stop from hotel.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us with whatever questions we had. The room was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It was centrally located and close to transportation, restaurants, bars and grocery shops.

Location was convenient for my travels. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms were clean, spacious, good amenities and breakfast was great. Only thing possibly to add was wish they had a fridge in the room to store some drinks and food, but overall would stay here again soon !

On our way out for lunch, we reported to the front desk that the drain in our wash basin in our room was running very slowly/almost clogged. Since the maintenance personnel already left for the day/weekend, the front office guy gave us a temporary fix. Due to water dripping after the fix, the existing waste basket was used to catch the water. Upon our return to the room, we decided to contact the FO to ask for another waste basket for our use. Instead of a waste basket, to our delight we got moved to another room suggested by the FO woman and received a free breakfast for the inconvenience this caused us. Thank you so much.

The location is excellent! A short walk to the Gare de Lyon, where all of Paris is accessible. The hotel staff were accommodating and helpful. Paulina was especially helpful in accessing the garage. The rooms were well designed, and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Btw this was my second stay.

Excellent reception staff and also breakfast staff - very helpful and friendly which makes a big difference. I enjoy this IBIS hotel every time I go - will return
